Workers4Workers is a joint venture between The Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities, CAW local 1090, Lear Corporation, Automodular, BBI, Sobey’s and Ryder with the sole goal of reintegrating laid off employees from all the facilities back into the workforce.

For employers we offer a vast pool of experience waiting to be tapped in to. Our laid off workers come from varying backgrounds and education. Amongst our members are College Graduates, Millwrights, Electricians, Six Sigma Greenbelts & Black Belts as well as Labourers who have years of experience in the manufacturing industry. We know that the Knowledge, Skills and Abilities that we can bring to your workforce will be an asset both today and into the future.
